Welcome to the land of Aryavarta! My name is Mark Spevak, and the theme of
my homepage is based loosely on a long-running Role-Playing Game of the same
name, which I hope will serve to make it more entertaining. However, if you're
not into RPG's, please don't be put off, since the Page functions like any
other, in spite of the D&D trappings. And I hope you might still find some
things of interest and use on it.
Also, please note that, along with the fun and games, there are 2 FREE
services made available on this site. The first is a band contact service,
called "Musicians To Go", and the other is a
shelter exchange, to connect renters, landlords, buyers, or sellers, called, "Housing To Go".
(This website is dedicated to my father, Aaron Spevak, who passed away in
February, 1996. See Mike and the Mechanics' song
"In the
Living Years"...it sums up my feelings pretty well.)
Also, note: this is a graphics-intensive page, with what I think are some
neat animations. However, if you don't wanna wait for them to load, then either
just skip 'em, or set your browser to no pix. :)

in front of your 100-inch surroundsound widescreen TV. You are watching Pat
Buchanan rant against the pagans and pornstars on the Net...
Suddenly, a strange image swims into your numbed brain...
You view a being of infinite wisdom and kindness, who speaks: "Hello,
I am the Dreaming Sage, Vishvamitra, which means "Friend of the World".
Now forget the Republican demogogue on the tube...come to my land of Aryavarta!
You are urgently needed to succor us from the threat of 2 galactic empires,
which are out to colonize us and enforce censorship throughout the land! To
bring you there, I will bear you to the Crystal Bridge, which crosses the
dimensions above the Abyss of Chaos."
Then, without warning, you are borne on mystic winds to the sewers under
Hollywood and Vine Sts., where you see the entrance to the Crystal Cave, and
within, the Bridge.
